The entrance to the exhibition grounds is on Vystavna Street, entrance B1
Installation of stands: March 23, 2026 – March 24, 2026, 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Entrance to the premises during installation
The entrance to the exhibition grounds is on Vystavná Street, entrance B1. Park your car in front of exhibition halls M1 and M2.
After unloading your belongings from the car, park in the vpE parking lot.
Own events 25.3.2026
Arrival of exhibitors: 25. 3. 2026 7:00 a.m.
Opening of the fair for visitors: 25.3. 2026 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Dismantling of stands: March 25, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to midnight.
Stands set up by the organizer must be removed immediately after the end of the fair, but no later than March 25, 2025, by midnight. Vehicles weighing over 3.5 tons will only be allowed to enter the premises after 5:00 p.m.
Entrance door dimensions
The two rolling doors to Hall M1 measure 5.75 m x 4.45 m.
Exhibitor registration and badges
All exhibitors are required to wear identification cards with the SEF logo, including hostesses. Identification cards and lanyards will be issued at the reception desk at the entrance to Hall M1 at Agrokomplex Nitra.

Instructions for drivers
All vans, trucks, and passenger vehicles intended for the delivery of materials must be marked with the SEF logo, an entry card, and the driver’s mobile phone number. Without this marking, security will not allow vehicles to enter the logistics areas for unloading materials.

Parking and entry to the exhibition grounds
Exhibitors are entitled to use a parking space in the vpE car park for a fee. Entry to the exhibition grounds is on Vystavní Street, entrance B1. Follow the navigation cubes with the trade fair arrow and park your car in front of exhibition hall M1.
After unloading your belongings from the car, park in the vpE parking lot.
Parking will be provided to exhibitors free of charge during the gathering on March 23 and 24.
Parking during the event will be charged as follows:
Passenger cars: €10/day
Trucks + vans: €30/day

Logistics

CENTRUMSPED s.r.o., as the exclusive official forwarding agent of Agrokomplex Nitra and authorized logistics agent for SMART ENERGY FORUM 2026, provides, among other things, the following services:
- Direct unloading of exhibits and installation materials at the stand
- Assembly and disassembly using a forklift truck in the hall/at the stand
- Handling of empty and full packaging – removal from the stand, storage during the exhibition, transport back to the stand after the exhibition
- Direct loading of exhibits and installation materials from the exhibition stand

Catering for exhibitors
Catering for exhibitors will be provided in the restaurant located in Hall M1 on the first floor. The restaurant will be open during the fair on March 25 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
If you are interested in ordering catering for your stand, exhibitors can arrange it themselves or order it only through our recommended partner, Easy Catering – contact email.
Catering for your stand must be ordered online at least 2 days before the start of the fair, by credit card/invoice. The catering company will deliver directly to your stand.
