(hereinafter also referred to as “we”)
through these Personal Data Protection Principles (hereinafter also referred to as the “Principles”), as the personal data controller, informs data subjects, i.e. natural persons whose personal data it processes (hereinafter also referred to as “you”), about all processing activities and the principles of protecting their personal data and privacy.

1) Personal data processed

We process personal data of the following categories of persons:

  1. Clients
    Purpose of personal data processing: provision of services and fulfillment of other contractual obligations towards clients; keeping documentation on the order for the client; exercising claims from contractual relationships after the termination of the contract; dissemination of information, news and other business information via e-mail messages
    Legal basis and processed personal data: The legal basis is the performance of the contract, legal obligations or legitimate interest. We primarily process identification data, contact data, accounting data, information about the services provided and information necessary for the provision of services. The processing takes place with the aim of disseminating business information in accordance with Act No. 420/2004 Coll.
  2. Potential clients
    Purpose of processing personal data: communication with potential clients by telephone, e-mail and other appropriate means and recording the outcome of the negotiation
    Legal basis and processed personal data: The legal basis is our legitimate interest. We primarily process contact and identification data and information about the outcome of negotiations with these persons.
  3. Participants of seminars, conferences and similar events organized by us
    Purpose of processing personal data: fulfillment of our obligations in the field of accounting and taxes
    Legal basis and processed personal data: The legal basis is the fulfillment of legal obligations imposed on us by legal regulations such as the Accounting Act or the Value Added Tax Act, or legitimate interest. We primarily process identification data, contact data and other information specified in tax documents. The processing is carried out for the purpose of disseminating business information in accordance with Act No. 420/2004 Coll.
  4. Persons subscribed to newsletters and other commercial information
    Purpose of processing personal data: dissemination of information, updates and other commercial information via e-mail messages
    Legal basis and processed personal data: The legal basis is consent. We process identification and contact personal data. The processing takes place for the purpose of disseminating commercial information in accordance with Act No. 420/2004 Coll.

2) Recipients of personal data and provision of personal data outside the European Union

In justified cases, we may also provide your personal data to other entities (hereinafter referred to as “recipients”).

Personal data may be provided to the following recipients:

  • processors who process your personal data according to our instructions and the relationships with them are treated in accordance with the requirements of Article 28 GDPR: Access to your personal data is available to the operators of the programs we use or the providers of the services we use – in particular Praetor Systems s.r.o. (information system for advocacy), Ecomail (e-mail marketing tool), Company Culture Market (portal for presenting companies), FONTÁNA, s.r.o. (accounting),
  • public authorities and other entities, if required by applicable law.

In justified cases, we may also provide your personal data to other entities (hereinafter referred to as “recipients”).

3) Cookies

Our websites may contain third-party cookies that are used to obtain anonymous statistics on traffic and typical behavior on individual pages. These third parties generally do not store any personal data in connection with the use of cookies, since the identity of the site visitor is unknown to them. These are the following cookies:

  • Google Analytics – we use this service to obtain statistical information, while Google may also retain the obtained data for its own use in accordance with the Privacy Policy
  • Tag Manager – Google sets cookie files to analyze activity on this website. Information about the use of our website is used for this purpose with Google,
  • Facebook Pixel – a javascript code that allows us to measure, optimize and compile user groups for our communication.

4) Automated individual decision-making and profiling

When processing personal data, there is no automated individual decision-making, not even based on profiling.

Automated individual decision-making, including profiling, generally means any form of decision based on automated processing of personal data, i.e. without human intervention, consisting, inter alia, in evaluating certain personal aspects relating to the data subject, in particular for the purpose of analysing or estimating, or of predicting, aspects concerning his or her performance at work, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behaviour, location or movements.

5) Your rights as a data subject

  • You have the right to request from us access to personal data concerning you under the conditions set out in Article 15 GDPR.
  • You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time to the processing of personal data which we process on the basis of consent under the conditions set out in Article 7 GDPR.
  • You have the right to request the rectification of personal data under the conditions set out in Article 16 GDPR, the restriction of processing of personal data under the conditions set out in Article 18 GDPR or the erasure of data under the conditions set out in Article 17 GDPR.
  • You have the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning you under Article 21 GDPR.
  • You have the right to data portability to another controller under the conditions set out in Article 20 GDPR.
  • You have the right not to be subject to any decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling under the conditions set out in Article 22 GDPR.
  • You have the right to obtain information about a breach of the security of your personal data under the conditions set out in Article 34 GDPR.
  • If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the obligations set out in the GDPR, you have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority under the conditions set out in Article 77 GDPR.Personal Data Protection Authority
